A Little Boy Who Is Fighting a Battle No Little Boy Should.

I have read about this little boy.

I have loaned my Graphic Design Services to help fundraise for this boys family.

I have weeped for this family.

I have rejoiced for this little boy.

And now I weep again.

There has been a set back.

A guest post from a dear friend:

Hello there to those reading,

I would like to talk to you about a special boy. He was diagnosed with leukemia this summer. He has fought hard since then. He’s been in remission, relapsed, been in remission and its an on going cycle. Through it all, he’s remained positive. Being only 5, his spirit has been amazing. He is starting now, to lose his sparkle. He will be stuck in hospital for months now.

There has been so many ups and downs. His mom, my good friend, has done her very best to remain strong. She is amazing. I couldn’t do what she does everyday. Watching her child get sick and being his rock. I am humbled by her.

My girlfriend is a stay at home mom, with a brand new baby. Daddy has taken leave. But eventually, the funds run out. Long before the treatments will be finished. Then it will be extremely hard to even scrape by. With all they have on their plate, financial hardship is the last thing they need. I would love to be able to give them a piece of mind. I am trying to raise funds to help with the burden of their situation. If you are able to help, I would be forever thankful and so would the family.

This family means the world to me and I would appreciate if you took the time to read all about them.

A huge thank you to Dana for helping
me spread the word about my little courageous buddy.

Thanks for your time
Ashley Pelley.

I want to tell you about this group I belong too.

There is an amazing group of local Women who all have each others back. We are hoping to raise funds to help Keian and his family get through the next months of hospitalization. Our plans are to raise enough funds to buy Keian a Mini Ipad as he is going to be stuck in his room for quite a long time, and also raise some funds to help with the extra costs that any hospitalization takes.

If you could please donate just a coffee’s worth, we would be miles ahead.

This is Keian at just 5 years old bringing gifts to other boys and girls who were still in the hospital for Christmas. Lets show him the world gives back. Please?

This five year old needs to have something to look forward to at the end of his treatments. Something to help them be just that tad bit easier. Don’t you think you could help?

The family is able to receive Email Money Transfers or via Paypal, both using this email: kisses.for.keian@hotmail.com

If you have any questions or would like to chat to me about other ways you maybe able to help without a cash donation please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you from the bottom of all our hearts!

The Threenager years.

Carter is going through the threenager years & I am in anger with it.

For those of you who don’t know what the threenager years are, here is a description:

Think ALL of the teenager years at once. Think all of the awful behaviours that happen… mooch them into one year and you have the “threenager year”.

Common Symptoms:

- Growling

-Dirty faces

-Using the “Hate” word ALOT.

-Whinning

-Temper Tantums

-They have thoughts and feelings of being seriously   misunderstood.

-Happy one minute, raging the next.

-They are destructive to their items & there bodies.

The only treatment known to Man at this point is moving onto the Whiney Fours. And then you will end up in the teenager years STUCK there for 10 years. Excited yet? Let me help you get even more excited.

Just some of the convos with Carter lately.

Carter: I hate Danica, I hate Daddy, I hate Mommy, I hate Josh ::starts looking around room for more to hate:: I hate Josh’s bed, I hate my bed, I hate my clothes, I hate….

Carter: Shut your face Dana, FAT Dana.

This morning for example…

Dana: Guess what we are doing today!

Carter: ::scrunched up dirty face::

Dana: No? Okay, we are going to the Dentist

Carter: I HATE THE DENTIST ::whiney voice:

Dana: Than we are getting haircuts…

Carter: ::in the middle of my sentence:: I HATE HAIRCUTS

Dana: for all of you boys ::talking over the wretched screaming:: AND THAN WE GO SEE SANTA

Carter:: I LOVE SANTA.

Dana: You clothes on though.

Carter: I HATE CLOTHES.

AND THAN FIVE SECONDS LATER…

Carter: I love you Mommy, I love …. this & that.

The threenager years are awful.

Nuff said.
